Jane Ciucevich has been with Current Tools for two years and she sees her role as providing high-quality customer service.
“I take pride in our products and have a passion to assist customers in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner,” Jane says.
In addition to customer service, she provides support to members of the outside sales team, processes purchase orders and sometimes arranges for products to be shipped.
“When a customer calls with questions regarding one of our products, my goal is to always provide the needed information or get them to someone who can,” she says. “From the warehouse to the office staff, all are encouraging, and on top of their games. They are a great group to work with and I am proud to be a part of the Current Tools team.”
Before moving to Greenville, Jane lived all over the world as a military spouse, and spent time volunteering with military readiness groups, churches, libraries and schools. She has two children and four grandchildren.
